Bird Personality Test (DOPE) Offices  can be funny things. They’re where we spend 50% of our time, hanging out with people that we wouldn’t normally cross paths with in our everyday lives. Sometimes, this can be a great thing, as you can end up meeting people you really click with. Other times, it’s glaringly obvious that the only thing in common is the company you work for. But regardless of whether of not you’ve got an  office bestie , it’s vital for your  career  progression (and sanity) to get along with your workmates. The first step to building strong inter-office relationships is understanding the different personalities you’re working with. That’s why career expert  Richard Stephenson  created the  DOPE personality test . Nope, it’s not a test to check whether you’re cool or if you’re using performance-enhancing drugs.  DOPE stands for the four bird types: Dove, Owl, Peacock and Eagle. The test is based around the idea that in the workplace, everyone fits into one of these four
